Services

Two services. Nothing else.

I.

Discretionary Investment Management

Ongoing portfolio management under a written agreement, built around your objectives, risk tolerance, time horizon, and liquidity needs.

  • Your assets stay in your name at an independent qualified custodian
  • We never take custody of client funds or securities
  • Fees invoiced directly — never deducted from your account
II.

Financial Planning

Hourly, as-needed guidance for the decisions around your portfolio — no minimum engagement, no bundled products.

  • Retirement, cash flow, and savings goals
  • Asset allocation, education funding, risk management review
  • Educational and consultative — not legal, tax, or accounting advice
Fees

What our services cost

We believe you should know our fees before you ever pick up the phone.

Investment Management

4.00% of assets under management, per year

Billed quarterly in arrears at 1.00% per quarter, on the account value at the end of each billing period. Invoiced directly to you — never deducted from your account. Fees may be negotiated, so similarly situated clients may pay different fees.

Financial Planning

$60 per hour ($15.00 per quarter hour)

Invoiced upon completion or as services are rendered. No minimum engagement.

Our management fee is substantially higher than fees charged by many other registered investment advisers, which industry data indicate typically range from roughly 0.50% to 1.50% per year. Comparable services may be available elsewhere at lower cost, and we encourage you to compare. Advisory fees do not include third-party costs such as brokerage commissions, custodial fees, and transaction charges. Full details are in our Form ADV Part 2A and Table of Fees for Services.
