Independent, fee-only advice — with your interests first.
Groshek Investments, Inc. provides discretionary portfolio management and hourly financial planning to individual investors under a fiduciary duty. We are compensated only by the advisory fees our clients pay us directly — no commissions, no product sales, and no compensation from third parties.
President & Investment Adviser Representative
Two services. Nothing else.
Discretionary Investment Management
Ongoing portfolio management under a written agreement, built around your objectives, risk tolerance, time horizon, and liquidity needs.
- Your assets stay in your name at an independent qualified custodian
- We never take custody of client funds or securities
- Fees invoiced directly — never deducted from your account
Financial Planning
Hourly, as-needed guidance for the decisions around your portfolio — no minimum engagement, no bundled products.
- Retirement, cash flow, and savings goals
- Asset allocation, education funding, risk management review
- Educational and consultative — not legal, tax, or accounting advice
What our services cost
